Grow & Glow Acupuncture is a small, home-based acupuncture practice located in the community of Sundance in Southeast Calgary.

Address: To help protect the privacy of my home, the exact clinic address will be included in your booking confirmation email after your appointment has been scheduled.

New patients must book an initial assessment. Please click on the treatment offering to see the description & choose the one that fits your goals.

New patients will receive an intake form by email to complete before their first appointment. Please ensure to opt-in to text messages so you can receive reminders on the address & where to park.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full appointment fee. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to provide the best care possible for all patients.

Hi, I’m Janic, a Doctor of Acupuncture with a special focus on fertility, menstrual health, pregnancy, postpartum care, and cosmetic acupuncture. I created Grow & Glow Acupuncture to provide a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, cared for, and never rushed. My approach combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with evidence-informed care, creating personalized treatments that support your unique health goals and your body’s natural ability to heal.
